Tools & Practices

Movement, alignment, and recovery begin with simple, intentional tools.

These are the resources I use in my own practice and recommend to those I work with. Not because they're miraculous, but because they support the body's intelligence.

Cervical Support Pillow

Cervical Support Pillow

Structure holds memory. Fascia carries tension.

The body does its deepest repair work during rest but only when properly aligned. This memory foam cervical bolster supports the natural curve of your spine, allowing the neck and upper back to release accumulated tension overnight.

I use this in my own practice for patients recovering from mechanical imbalances, and keep one for travel.

Not a fix. A foundation for the body to do what it already knows how to do.

Progressive Resistance Bands

The body needs resistance to build strength. But not all resistance is equal.

These latex bands offer six levels of progressive tension from rehabilitation work to advanced strength training. I recommend them for pull-up assistance, mobility work, stretching protocols, and fascial release practices.

What matters isn't the band. It's how you create the conditions for your body to adapt, strengthen, and remember its capacity.

Use them with intention.

Clinical Stretch Bands

Clinical Stretch Bands

Movement isn't just exercise. It's medicine.

These therapy-grade latex bands are the most commonly prescribed tool in rehabilitation and physical therapy settings. Color-coded for progressive resistance, they're simple, portable, and effective for restoring range of motion, building stability, and maintaining alignment.

Four feet long, lightweight enough to travel with, durable enough for daily practice.

The body remembers what you teach it through consistent, intentional movement.

Hip & Glute Activation Bands

Alignment begins with the foundation. Your hips, glutes, and pelvic stability.

These fabric resistance bands offer three levels of tension for targeted lower body work. Non-slip design, comfortable for extended practice, and versatile for hip strengthening, glute activation, and pelvic floor support.

I recommend these for home practice between sessions, particularly for those addressing chronic lower back tension or postural imbalances.

Small tool. Significant impact when used consistently.

Essential Oil Aromatherapy

Plant-Based Aromatherapy

The most powerful medicine often comes from the earth.

These essential oil inhalers offer eight different plant blends each designed to support breath, focus, nervous system regulation, and energetic clearing. Made with undiluted natural oils, they're simple tools for moments when you need to ground, center, or shift.

I keep these in my practice and personal spaces. Not because they're miraculous, but because the body responds to what it recognizes.

Plants have been medicine longer than pharmaceuticals have existed.

For Those Ready to Remember

This work asks something of you. Presence. Patience. A willingness to see healing as homecoming. If that resonates, let's connect!
